MEDIA DISTRIBUTION/CONTENT LAWYER
GLOBAL MEDIA NAME
6 MONTH FTC - ASAP START
Our client is a global household name in the media sector. We wish to recruit an experienced media lawyer to join an impressive team, focusing on Media Distribution. This is an ASAP start and for an initial 6 month period.
As part of this far-reaching role, you will draft and conclude content licence agreements, channel and on-demand services distribution agreements, format agreements, amendments and other legal documentation required by the business in EMEA.You will gain exposure to important high profile projects as well as complex and exciting work in a very collegiate team.
We are looking for an experienced lawyer who is confident and comfortable handling high value TV programming and channel distribution deals for a global brand.
Experience in Television and/or digital media distribution and licensing will be highly desirable. Some experience of DTC/digital/OTT services preferable, ideally with an understanding of data privacy and consumer marketing concerns.
