This is a stand out opportunity for a Senior Residential Property Solicitor manage and lead a legal 500 ranked property team based in Orpington, Kent.

This firm are specialist in services for individuals as well as businesses. Within their departments they boost the most reputable Private Client departments, as well as real estate and employment teams. They have specific specialism advising agricultural, farming and rural businesses and are recognised for their legal expertise in advising charities.

You will never be far from intriguing, interesting clients that will allow you to service the most interesting and prolific caseload. Along with this, you will find an excellent work culture, that has allowed the firm to have one of the highest retention of staff in the area - which has allowed them to grow Partners from initial staff joining as Paralegals.

The Role

The firm is seeking to recruit Residential Property Solicitor 5 years+ to manage and lead their residential property team.

The property departments lies at the heart of the firm, they in the Legal 500 chambers ranking and have been for a number of years. With a huge client base in the London and Kent Market, you will be involved with a number of high-profile cases in the area.

You will deal with excellent high-quality work alongside recognised Partners in the field, who really believe in your internal progression. You will be involved in handling your own conveyancing files whilst managing a team of several fee-earners.

Requirements

  • You will be Residential Property Solicitor 5 years+ PQE, as the firm are looking to hire into all levels due to substantial growth plans.
  • Personable individual, who can undertake business development
  • You will have good technical knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • Salary is very competitive, and above market rate, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
