About the Opportunity

The company now has a new opportunity for a Legal Counsel. The position will suit a newly qualified or recently qualified lawyer. In this role, you will support on complex, global commercial agreements and assist in negotiations across the diverse interests of the business. You will provide support on procurement and business development activities and advise on a range of day to day matters, including public company regulations.

As part of a small but business facing team, you will work with people at all levels of the business and across all divisions - a commercial approach and excellent interpersonal skills will be well-utilised in this role.

About You

This is a unique opportunity for a newly qualified lawyer to join a multi-faceted, well-established company in a new role for the legal team. With a new General Counsel having recently joined, the legal team is growing in order to provide the best possible legal support to this global business. Training and experience at a reputable law firm is key, as is experience with commercial contracts. A seat in employment and /or litigation would also be useful.
