We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel (5+PQE) with regulatory and corporate experience within the TMT/Telecommunications industry. You will work across EMEA managing a wide spectrum of regulatory legal matters and identify opportunities/potential risks to the business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a multinational digital business. You can be based in London or Amsterdam.
The ideal candidate will have:
Solid experience as a regulatory lawyer, ideally with some in-house experience through full time or secondment.
Experience in working in an international business enviroment.
Have a good understanding of the regulatory framework applicable to technology and/or telecommunications businesses in the EMEA region.
Be adaptable, flexible, pragmatic and solution-orientated.
