The Role

This is a fantastic position for a Financial Services Regulatory Associate to join this leading Top 20 International practice within their City of London office.

The Financial services regulatory practice works on the most complex national and international regulatory matters. Highly ranked in the Chambers and Legal 500 in global locations, you will work within a high calibre team with a full spectrum of FS regulation.

The team advises banks, investment firms, asset managers, infrastructure providers and a vast array of other financial institutions and FS law and regulation. Including all major/EU regulatory regimes, including CRR/CRD, MiFID II, SMCR, MAR, EMIR, PSD2 and AIFMD

You Will be working on matters across both advisory and transactional commercial projects regulatory work on both Domestic and International matters.

As a non-contentious FS associate you will also have the chance to experience contentious work should you be interested, however this is not a requirement of the position.

Requirements

• You will be a qualified solicitor between 2-4 years PQE.
• You will have relevant FSR experience from a respectable private practice or in-house environment
• Strong experience in mini-sectors or broad sector
