Tax Lawyers, 1-6PQE, Top 40 UK Law Firm - London

A leading UK law firm is looking for tax lawyers at various levels to join its fast-growing team in London. The role will cover the full spectrum of non-contentious tax law matters, including advising on the tax implications of M&A and Private Equity deals, venture capital transactions, real estate investment and development projects, as well as employee incentives. This is a top 40 UK law firm with a strong and growing City practice.

Ideal candidates will have between 1 and 6 years of post-qualification experience and will come from a rival regional practice or a City law firm. Candidates coming from an accountancy firm background may be considered if they have been working on Tax advisory matters as opposed to risk and compliance and have previous Corporate and/or Real Estate Tax experience. Strong academics and a stable career record are required for this role.
