Working within a team highly ranked for their work in the legal directories, associates are given exposure to quality lower-mid market M&A work, together with private equity and joint ventures for clients across multiple sectors.

To be considered for this position, successful applicants are likely to have at least four years demonstrable post-qualification experience from a rated city or regional corporate team.
