Job Details
A top UK and international firm is looking for a senior level Associate to join its London Corporate practice. The firm has an excellent reputation in both the domestic market (London and nationwide) and internationally.
The focus of this role is broad, and will include a combination of Private M&A, Private Equity, and Joint Venture work. There will also be a small amount of Equity Capital Markets work.
The ideal level for this role is 7-8 PQE, but the partners are also open to hearing from outstanding associates at the 5+ PQE level.
The team are very busy at the moment, with a strong and active client base, and so need someone who can come in and hit the ground running. This role also has genuine partnership prospects (the firm is very hands-on with this process), so is an excellent opportunity for someone who carries these aspirations.
