Job Details
A global insurer operating in the Lloyds market is searching for an experienced employment lawyer to provide high quality legal advice to the business. The workload will suit someone looking to work part time 3 or 4 days a week and you will be the sole dedicated employment lawyer. You will report directly into the Head of Legal and cover all employment law matters, providing day to day legal support to the Human Resources team. The current workload consists of grievances, disciplinaries, whistleblowing disclosures, restructuring, IR35, TUPE and M&A matters.
We are keen to hear from lawyers with around 5 to 10 years’ experience in employment law. You should have strong technical training from private practice and be prepared to work in the City when it reopens, although flexibility is on offer.
