The role is to be based in the heart of the West End.
The role
The firm is actively seeking a Corporate Associate 2-4 PQE to add to their large and established Corporate team in the West End.
You will join a friendly, professional, and highly regarded team, surrounded by leading individuals. The corporate team have expertise in a hugely diverse range of sectors, but of note is Media, Technology, Publishing and Music.
You will take a hands-on role in the team with plenty of support, and the vision for this hire offers genuine progression for the right individual. The client base will be varied making for an interesting role and the caseload will include:
- M&A
- Flotations
- JV's and Shareholders agreements
- Partnerships and LLPs
Requirements:
- You will be a Corporate Associate with a minimum of 2-4 years PQE from a reputable London-based firm
- A meticulous eye for detail is essential
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Salary is competitive with a lucrative overall package
