The Role

This firm is now in search of a Commercial Property Solicitor 3 years+ PQE to join their thriving team in their North London office.

Commercial Property is at the forefront of all the work they do and this role will involve working with a highly experienced Partner.
You will deal with a broad range of quality matters including; advising HNW investors and corporate clients in connection with commercial property investment, commercial acquisitions (including development) and sales and commercial lease work,
This is a busy and growing department, and with the opportunity to work alongside a busy and leading Partner in this field, there is a fantastic opportunity to progress within a renowned Legal 500 firm.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor 3+ years PQE.
  • You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail.
  • You will have experience drafting and negotiating a range of property-related documentation.
