The Role
This firm are looking for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their growing offering based in Hampshire on a remote basis.
The team deals with a broad spectrum of corporate commercial work, this includes:
- Sales and purchases
- Joint ventures
- Commercial contracts work
- Agency agreements and terms & conditions
- Mergers and Acquisitions
In this role you will be working closely alongside the managing partner of the practice, assisting in growing the team and practice. You will be joining a busy team, who are looking to recruit in line with their plans of expansion. Corporate Commercial work is the centrepiece of their next strategic hire making now a very exciting time to join.
You will be able to work remotely, with an occasional requirement to come into the office for meetings.
Requirements:
- You will ideally have 3 years+ PQE, however more junior candidates will be considered.
- You will have a great eye for detail
- Be ambitious, dynamic and have an eye for detail
- Remote working policy
- Excellent career prospects, no glass ceilings.
