Our client is one of the largest media networks in the MENA region and broadcasts a portfolio of Arabic and Western entertainment channels.

The business has launched a studio, which focuses on making and distributing big budget Hollywood class movies and TV series. Our client works with leading Hollywood and UK writers, producers and actors around the world to develop titles which connect with a global audience. An exciting role has arisen for a TV and film lawyer to join the legal & business affairs team studio at this exciting time to support this creative, innovative and cutting-edge content.

Reporting to the Director of Legal, you will be responsible for negotiating, drafting and reviewing a range of documentation to produce full length feature films and big budget TV series.

You will need to have a minimum of 3-4 years' PQE and you must have a TV or film background. You will enjoy working on film and TV projects alongside writers, producers, talent and directors. You will have demonstrable experience of acquiring underlying rights, production and co-production deals and be competent in advising on film and TV finance ideally.

You could be a lawyer currently based in any part of the world who is keen to experience life in Dubai. You will be part of an exciting new business where you have a great deal of involvement and autonomy.
