Family Associate - NQ+, Berkshire

New! - a leading national Legal 500 firm with an enviable family practice are now looking to add a  Family solicitor (NQ+) to join their Berkshire office. The practice offers high quality support to clients, stemming from the experience and talent of its outstanding family lawyers who are nationally acknowledged as leaders in the field. You will have experience of working independently and assisting on a varied caseload of modest to mid to high net worth matters include divorce, finances, private children matters and prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements. You also be assisting senior team members with High Net Worth matters.

As a growing team in a competitive market, you will have demonstrated a willingness to get involved in business development activities and have started to create your own network.

The successful candidate will advise on all aspects of financial disputes between high-net-worth individuals, as well as on complex disputes as to arrangements for children. This role will also enjoy a challenging and varied caseload in addition to excellent progression opportunities. 

The ideal individual will have a minimum of 6 months experience (NQ+) with extensive experience in matrimonial finance and private childcare matters. You will have an empathetic client manner and be looking to take an integral role in business development initiatives. This role will suit a confident and enthusiastic mid-level individual who is committed to providing a valuable and efficient service to clients.
