We have been retained by a branded M&A insurance practice to lead the search for a Corporate or Private Equity M&A Lawyer (NQ - 2 PQE) to join the team in London. Joining a highly experienced team of M&A Underwriters, you will assess submissions received via the global transactional risks broking community and underwrite international M&A transactions governed by UK law.

The team are considered the go-to for complex deals and with an international platform are also the choice for cross-border and multi-jurisdictional risks.

The hire will be a qualified Lawyer (NQ - 2) from a branded corporate M&A practice in the City.
