The Role

2+ PQE Employment Solicitor to join Legal 500 ranked team in Dorset

This practice deals with a broad spectrum of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters ranging from; HR consulting, GDPR matters, TUPE processes, contentious redundancies and much more. Similarly, this practice deals with both respondent and claimant level work giving the right candidate fantastic, diverse and dynamic caseload exposure.

The firm services numerous sectors, with a substantial foothold within Education and Healthcare to give examples.

You will be the influential figure in the team assisting in the growth and development of the department coupled with handling active matters.

This role can be both part-time or full-time.

Requirements

  • You will be an Employment solicitor and you will be 2+ years PQE, no ceiling on PQE as can welcome an Associate
  • You will enjoy business development and be ambitious to grow a department
  • You will have a good technical knowledge and an eye for detail
