Real Estate Lawyer - 2 Yrs+ Bristol 

An experienced Real Estate Lawyer is required to join the Bristol office of an award winning international law firm. This highly rated law firm continues to grow and work out of modern office in Bristol with flexible and remote working.

The firm has a strong presence within the UK and offers the chance to work with an enviable portfolio of clients including blue chip retailers, public sector clients , private developers and investors, corporate occupiers and telecoms providers high value transactions.

The successful candidate will have gained previous experience ranging from 2PQE up to 5PQE+ working for an highly regarded City or Regional law firm and be used to dealing with a broad range of landlord & tenant work including acquisition & disposal and complex lease matters and investment work coupled with up to date market knowledge. 

A willingness to participate in Business Development and marketing activities is crucial.
