Head of Legal - Media

A well-known consumer brand is looking to employ a Head of Legal/Senior Counsel. This is an international role, advising across a range of media-related activities.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Drafting and negotiating agreements across Advertising, Production, Digital, Sales and Brand Partnerships – to name just a few;
• Providing strategic and risk assessment advice to a variety of departments;
• Providing training to non-legal staff

To be considered, you should be a qualified lawyer with c.5yrs+ PQE*, with training from a top tier City or media firm. You should have in-depth experience in media production, content compliance, rights clearance, content distribution and acquisition, and global rights management.
