Leading regional law firm that a stong presence across the South West England and beyond to expand their Corporate Team.
Due to on-going success they are seeking a Solicitor to join their highly regarded team and deal with matters relating to the setting up, acquisition and disposal of businesses. shareholder agreements, joint ventures and locally and nationally and re-organisations for clients across a broad range of sectors.
Ideally you will have excellent academics coupled with training and be an NQ or Solicitor with up to a couple of years PQE, gained a regional or City practice and now seeking a law firm offering a high degree of autonomy and access to quality work, career progression and work/like balance/flexible working.
