Our Client, a Legal 500 and Chambers ranked practice with several offices in the South, are looking to recruit into their personal injury/clinical negligence team, with the appointment of a junior lawyer for their London office.

The Personal Injury/Clinical Negligence department is a small but niche team of Lawyers handling high value and complex claims.
The practice supports clients throughout the whole of the UK, providing expert advice based on up-to-date medical knowledge delivered in a down-to-earth, sympathetic manner. Our Clients specialist team of lawyers deal with a very wide range of clinical negligence claims, which encompass; neurological, including brain and spinal injury; orthopaedic; surgical; obstetrics and gynaecological; paediatrics; medical; and ophthalmic, visual impairment and blindness.
The ideal candidate will have between 1 and 2 years PQE, with experience of running portal Personal Injury cases to settlement stage. Experience in high value complex Personal Injury claims, ideally including experience in catastrophic/brain and/or spinal injury cases is also desirable. You will also ideally have some experience in clinical negligence claims.
As the successful candidate for this opportunity, you will be required to advise and support clients on a wide range of clinical negligence matters, as outlined above, from initial instruction through to settlement.
You should be commercially minded and have the technical and communication skills required to provide the highest level of client service.
