Contentious Probate lawyer to join dynamic team

This dynamic practice is looking for an ambitious litigator to add strength and depth to the existing team.  

The successful applicant will have a passion for contested probate work which will provide the majority of their caseload. 

You will be confident in managing your own caseload as well as working as part of a team in order to develop your expertise by assisting more senior lawyers on complex matters, the team leader being a recognised as a leading expert in this field.

You will undertake a varied caseload including advising on disputed Wills, claims to remove Executors or Trustees, Breach of Trust cases and Inheritance Act claims.  The team regularly acts for charities, executors and beneficiaries in claims found in the Court of Protection and the High Court.   It advises on challenges to the validity of wills, issues of construction and rectification of wills and deeds, constructive trust and proprietary estoppel claims, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, all Court of Protection matters and trust and succession issues.
