NEW: Litigation / DR Associate, 5+ PQE, Hong Kong (with a Offshore Slant)

2021: HK: a junior associate ideally with Mandarin is needed within this multi-Global law firm.  This role is rare offers an amazing and wholly different opportunity for the right local or relocating lawyer.  Due to new laws coming in you must be at least 5 PQE (JD on request).  Ideally you will have some offshore DR work, but if not, the one thing you will have is a very good grounding in Common Law DR / Litigation law and understand the influx of DR work coming into the offshore arena and in Asia and being created within it. You will have excellent analytical and drafting skills, flexibility to work with different team members on a range of Litigation matters, excellent client handling skills and ability to nurture client relationships and a strong pull to region to work somewhere that little bit different. This team is one of the leading teams in the area and as such is searching not only for the best recruit, but also someone that is going to 'fit it' with its culture and staff.
