An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Immigration Solicitor to join a top 100 law firm. The role will be based within their Manchester office.

The firm have offices throughout the UK and are a multi service Law Firm and have an enviable reputation within the Legal market. The opening is for a Corporate Immigration lawyer to join their Manchester Office.

You will have all round immigration experience and be able to provide advice with current UK legislation regarding the points based system. Ideally be Associate or Senior Associate PQE with experience in Corporate Immigration. The successful candidate will be advising on all business immigration matters (e.g. Sponsor Licensing, Points-Based System applications, Sole Representative of Overseas Business applications, etc.) in addition to providing immigration support to the firm's high-net worth private clients where required (for example, Partner of British citizen applications, indefinite leave to remain applications, Tier 1 (Investor) applications, and advising on immigration appeals).
