JOB TITLE: Senior Employment/ Commercial
PQE REQUIRED: 8+ PQE
LOCATION: Birmingham
SALARY: £60,000-£90,000 DOE- Generous fee share agreement.

THE ROLE:
Our highly reputable client is looking grow their firm with the addition of a Senior Solicitor on a consultancy basis. In this flexible role you will have the opportunity to take charge of your career, choosing the hours you work and the files you handle, working from home and only attending the office when you have meetings, working with your existing client base as well as undertaking business development to build on your success. The firm will help with marketing and work generation, but it is encouraged that consultants view cases that the firm can refer to as a bonus rather than what they rely on. This is an excellent opportunity to move away from the constraints of a traditional law firm setting to really focus on what matters most to you, building relationships with your clients which results in fee income. You should be an experienced Employment/ Commercial Solicitor or Partner, ideally with a client following.

THE FIRM:
The firm are a well known national commercial law firm. They offer the very best and expert advice in all commercial areas of law including; data protection, IP and IT. They are offering a generous fee share agreement to Senior Solicitors/ Partners that are looking to move away from the traditional way of working within a law firm.

THE CANDIDATE:
The firm is particularly interested in speaking to experienced solicitors or partners who are based within the West Midlands The ideal candidate should specialise in Employment or Commercial Law and have a minimum of 8 years post qualification experience. It’s the perfect opportunity for a dedicated lawyer looking to work on a self-employed basis - perhaps you are looking for the bridge between setting up your own firm or fed up with the constraints within a large commercial firm. Educated to postgraduate level, including a first class honours degree and a distinction in her postgraduate legal qualification, Kaye has a thorough understanding of what clients require and has built up a strong network of contacts throughout the UK. Felicity Simpson – Consultant (Locum)

Following 4 years within the hospitality and sales sector, Felicity joined eNL in November 2016, after identifying legal  recruitment as an industry that interested her and  where she felt she could develop as an individual. Felicity is determined to become an expert in both recruitment and the legal industry, in order to provide her clients and candidates with strong market information and guidance.
