Job Details
Our client is a well-regarded US law firm and is looking to recruit a junior to a mid-level lawyer to join their busy Investment Management group based in London. The role will involve a broad range of matters within the investment management space, including advising on financial services regulations in the UK and the EU, the structuring and establishment of regulated and unregulated funds and fundraising. The new hire can expect to work across a variety of clients in the industry, including investment managers, brokers, custodians, fund service providers, as well as investment vehicles (open- and closed-end funds).
Our client would particularly like to hear from lawyers with 2-5 years PQE and previous investment management experience gained at a top City law firm. Experience and knowledge of financial services regulation, particularly concerning asset management, such as AIFMD, UCITS, MiFID, PRIIPs, is required for this role.
