If you are a blocked construction senior associate or a junior partner looking for a better opportunity to grow your practice, this national firm with a strong London footprint is looking to develop their construction offering in tandem with other measured growth across the board. They take the long term view and as such have a strong track record of successfully integrating laterals, some of whom I have been fortunate to introduce myself.

Ideally you will be comfortable with both contentious and non-contentious work and will have the ambition and hunger to grow and develop your own construction department. These attributes are of greater importance than portable following, however evidence of practice development and client origination will be helpful.
