A national, Top 50 law firm are looking to recruit an Associate Corporate Solicitor to join their Manchester office. This is a first-rate opportunity for an ambitious, driven Corporate Solicitor to join a top leading UK firm in Manchester with a team that will work with blue chip clients and work high value M&A corporate transactions.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join a leading firm that can offer exposure to top quality work. You will have 2 years + experience in Corporate law with a commercial awareness and a varied, wide ranging transactional experience. You would be joining a friendly and enthusiastic team that is well regarded and that typically deals in good quality, broadly mid-market M&A transactions.

You will also provide clients with a range of corporate advice and governance matters so it is essential that you have broad ranging, high quality experience, ideally gained from a top regional or national law firm.

You must be professional, motivated and enthusiastic and have excellent communication and IT skills. You will take a lead role and work closely with Partners, whilst also working autonomously. It is therefore essential that you are able to build client relationships and be an interactive team member.
