Job Details
Leading insurance organisation requires an additional corporate lawyer to join its new legal team.
You will join a team of highly rated lawyers and advise this exciting business on a wide variety of corporate matters including M&A, investments and corporate advisory work. There will also be an opportunity to get involved in commercial matters as well.
You will have a good grounding in corporate/M&A at a top law firm or in-house and be excited to work in a fast-paced and growing organisation.
