The firm is looking for a corporate partner to help with the development of its corporate practice. This is an exceptional opportunity for an established corporate partner to play a significant part in growing this practice area with the potential to make it their own. While taking a significant lead in the UK, you will also work with corporate and commercial lawyers across the firm’s network to develop its global corporate capability.
Ideally you will be a corporate M&A partner with experience of transactions in the financial services and insurance sector as a reasonable percentage of what you do. Our client has an exceptional cadre of clients to work with and develop, which is includes a plethora of household names. Accordingly, there is a great platform from which to develop your practice, but our client is looking for someone who is confident of their ability to win and retain clients, such that you are likely to have a respectable following. Your experience is also likely to span M&A, corporate structuring and organisations and regulatory work as well as advising at board level.
