A Senior Industrial Disease Solicitor is wanted for an excellent supervisory opportunity with an award winning law firm based in Manchester. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.
My client is a well established,multi service law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor to Head their award winning Industrial Disease department.
Alongside heading the department, you may also run a small caseload of high value Industrial Disease files. You will oversee a team of managers and fee earners and will lead, inspire and motivate the team to deliver the business KPI's and financial performance. In addition, you will coach the team, monitoring performance and identifying training needs. You will also be involved in developing relationships and new business so strong Business Development skills would be beneficial.
