Job Details
We are seeking a commercial lawyer on behalf of our client to be based in Warsaw, Poland. Reporting into the Head of Commercial, this lawyer will be proactive, have a flexible approach, and have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work independently.
You will be providing support on a range of English and Irish law-governed commercial contracts that facilitate the company’s insurance and reinsurance broking, risk consulting and analytics businesses across all solution lines: commercial risk, retirement, health, reinsurance and data & analytics. The successful candidate will support on legal advice for English speaking jurisdictions within EMEA, as well as Central and Eastern Europe (including Poland). They will also be asked to upskill regulatory knowledge in various fields such as data protection law.
You will have 2-4 years PQE as well as experience as an in-house lawyer in a multinational organisation or an associate in a reputable law firm providing commercial legal advice and drafting to facilitate the development and conclusion of commercial relationships with the full range of external parties. You will need to have experience drafting and negotiating contracts in English, in particular. If you are commercially minded, we’d like to hear from you.
