Highly rated offshore law firm seeks ambitious England & Wales qualified funds associate for its busy BVI office. Applications are sought from candidates with at least 4yrs PQE developed within a leading international funds practice.
The work on offer spans all aspects of offshore investment funds, including pre-formation strategy, regulatory compliance and restructuring, representing all varieties of fund vehicles, such as private equity and hedge funds, limited partnerships as well as start-ups operating in the fintech space.
To be considered, you will be academically strong and committed to relocating to the BVI long-term. Technically excellent and a confident communicator, you will be expected to take on responsibility for all aspects of transaction / practice management from the outset, working closely with the lead partner in maintaining and developing client relationships.
