Senior Legal Counsel

LAW Absolute are pleased to be working in partnership with a Global Media Agency who have exciting expansion plans for 2021.

Working alongside the Global Legal Director you will help advise the business on a broad range of legal queries.

THE ROLE

• Drafting, negotiating and advising on a variety of agreements; Data, Technology, Media, Supplier and Data Processing.
• Advising on data privacy and security issues and the transfer, use and storage of data.
• Advising the business on risk and compliance and training teams where necessary.
• Advising on IP.

SKILLSET

• 4-8 years pqe
• Experience in Technology, Digital media and/or Data Privacy
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Ability to explain legal issues to teams clearly in layman’s terms.
• Good knowledge of IP.
