The Role

NQ to 2 PQE Litigation Solicitor to join Bristol Top 50 to specialise in Financial Service Disputes and Investigations

Managing a buoyant caseload of banking and litigation matters, including but not limited to defended and sensitive reputational cases, breach of contract/mandate, breach of duty and fraud. You'll join with a backbone knowledge of financial services litigation or present yourself as a talented commercial litigator that wishes to specialise.

Owing to the nature of the role, you'll interact with the lion's share of financial institutions on all their contentious issues. You will act independently and confidently when working as a reflection of your abilities, whilst also engaging with Associates and Partners on more technical matters and projects.

Working toward individual and team targets and deadlines, you'll maintain a razor-sharp commercial focus whilst proactively engaging and building upon relationships with current and future clients

Within the leading Financial Services Disputes team outside of London, you'll run at City-level without the lifestyle drawbacks.

The Requirements

• 0-2 years PQE in litigation, be it within financial services or general commercial disputes
• Ideally trained within a Top 100 firm
• Based locally to Bristol, or looking to relocate
• Taking pride in your work, striving for excellence
• Keen to continually enjoy the progression on offer by the firm
