A law firm with a first class corporate practice is looking to appoint into the team in London. The firm advise a range of clients through the business life cycle, from start-up and first round finance through M&A, management transactions, venture and development funding, restructuring, capital reductions, private equity funding and exits.

The core focus of the work will have a technology element but you will also cover all aspects of deals including M&A, private equity, VC, ECM, joint ventures and re-organisations.

The Partners are interested in talking to the following individuals;

• Experienced general Corporate Lawyers
• Associates from an established corporate practice in the City
