Job Details
Exciting and ambitious US firm with a substantial London office and European footprint. This firm has been one of the firms to watch over the last 10 years. The management are both visionary and decisive and have recruited some very reputable lawyers and teams across a number of jurisdictions. The growth of the London office has been impressive, now with almost 100 lawyers and more key hires in process.
The London office launched an asset finance practice in late 2019. This is only the start and with the global footprint, US clients, and practice capability, the firm is well placed to continue this growth. Within asset finance there are two dedicated industry groups – rail and aviation. Both have passively produced work for the London office.
To complement these teams there are already a number of lawyers across the network working with private equity investors, infrastructure funds, investment banks and alternative investors in the real asset sector (including transportation).
More specifically in London the office has well-respected lawyers in US and UK capital markets, tax, finance and M&A who will support an asset finance practice.
