We are working closely with a top-tier firm, looking for a high calibre Competition Lawyer to join their market-leading Competition team.
Due to growth of the team, our client is now looking for a mid-senior Competition Lawyer to join their Melbourne team.
Our client has one of the largest Competition teams in Australia and works on cutting-edge matters. The team has a broad scope of work, including mergers and acquisitions, including ACCC clearances, investigations, enforcement proceedings, criminal investigations under the CCA and competition law issues arising from joint ventures and strategic alliances.
The successful candidate is likely to have:
- Experience gained in a leading Competition/Antitrust team
- 2-6 years of post-qualification experience
- An excellent academic record
