The Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Residential Real Estate Associate to join an international, Top 50 law firm in Liverpool.

The team handles a broad range of transactional Residential Real Estate matters, including acquisition, disposals and refinance of investment property, formal and informal lease extensions, landlord and tenant matters, and plot sales. Their client base is equally varied and includes major financial institutions, well-known international companies, and investors. The variety of deals makes for a diverse and stimulating caseload.

This role will give you exposure to intricate, high-value matters. You will have responsibility for your caseload whilst working closely alongside Partners across the firm on complex and large-scale projects. This exposure means you will be constantly challenged, and no two transactions will be the same.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression, with a clear route through to Partner level, a well-trodden path for many of those who make up their current Partnership. Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Real Estate Associate with a minimum of three years experience (there is no upper limit in regard to experience)
• Ideally, you will be coming from a reputable national or international law firm and will have a thorough understanding of the needs of a high calibre client baseYou will be starting to develop a reputation and building contacts
• A strong academic track record and proven billings
• You will be a team player with a keen eye for detail
