Senior Private Client Solicitor/Head of Department

LAW Absolute is currently recruiting for a Private Client Solicitor to join a leading regional law firm at a Senior level with the prospect of becoming the Head of Department. The role will be based in Essex.

This is a great opportunity to deal with Wills, LPA’s and Inheritance Tax planning. Your caseload will consist of complex estates involving domestic and overseas property and tax issues, Court of Protection work and trusts and agricultural estates as well as probate matters. In addition, you will play an active role in the development of the practice.

The successful candidate must have significant Private Client Solicitor experience at a Senior level.
