The Role

The firm are looking for Plot Sales Conveyancer to join their growing team in Birmingham.

You will be joining the wider, highly regarded Real Estate team who deal with a high-level quality of work and have, in turn, built a very credible reputation for their department.

You will deal on a day to day basis with all types of new build sales including leasehold, freehold with management companies, regenerations, conversions and custom builds for residential housing developers.

You will be provided with the tools to develop your technical knowledge and contribute to the profitability of the Real Estate team in a friendly and supportive environment. Progression and organic growth are at the core of the firm's values.

Requirements

  • You will be a Solicitor, Licenced Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Fee Earner with at least 2 years' experience
  • You will have experience in handling a specifically focused Plot Sales caseload, with strong exposure
  • You should have good technical knowledge and be an organised individual
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • You will enjoy working in a challenging, fast moving and professional environment
