The Role

Senior Residential Property Conveyancer to join Tier 1 ranked Property team in Taunton.

The Residential Property Team supports a diverse and growing client base in matters including but not limited to buying, selling, re-mortgaging, extending leases, short-hold tenancies and the investigation of unregistered and complex property titles for HNW, affluent individuals within the Home Sales team.

You will also be responsible for engaging with developer clients in after-sales assistance and support.

Given the nature of the role and the needs of the Property team, completion of work within your bouyant caseload is committed to deadlines and requires continued engagement with clients and stakeholders.

Joining at a Senior level, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a unit of more junior conveyancers, leaving your mark and being part of success attributed to others in the team.

As a Senior colleague, you will have a continuous narrative with Partners and others in leadership, being an integral influence in the success of wider Property team.

The role and your position within the firm will continue to grow in line with your legal expertise; your abilities will be honed whilst being provided with a clear and realistic roadmap for ongoing career promotion in line with your personal goals.

The Requirements

• Previous and demonstrated success within a similar role, preferably as part of a busy conveyancing team

• The ability to prioritise workload, delegate to colleagues accordingly and excel within the paradigm of numerous deadlines.

• Exemplar attention to detail along with the scope to anticipate evolving needs and pressures within the unit

• Willingness to learn and support the development of others
