The Role

1+ PQE Banking Solicitor to join Top 50 firm based in Bristol

Through your continued engagement with some of the UK largest and well-known banks, building societies, pension funds and other leading financial institutions, you will be at the razor's edge of service provision whilst offering exact, practical solutions in a fast-moving market.

You will be consulting borrowers, lenders and sponsors on various debt transactions varying in size from £1 million to £1 billion; the core market is debt exceeding £20M.

The unit handles a broad range of complex financing matters for clients with interests, both domestic and cross-border interests.

Whilst working closely with clients and in full collaboration of the wider team, you'll gain exposure to a huge plethora of matters that will culminate in knowledge and career development exceeding that of the wider market, whilst building a longstanding reputation within the financial industry.

The Requirements

• 1+ years experience in banking and financial transactions, with an eye for LMA standard form documentation.

• Working in unison with the team wbanks, building societies, debt and pension funds and other financial institutions, alongside numerous PLCs and large corporate clients around the worldhilst presenting a forward-thinking approach to problem-solving.

• Willingness to develop and progress up the career ladder, owing to the learning daily and growing department

• Engagement with present and future clients with the ability to manage, exceed and anticipate evolving needs and expectations.
