The Role

2+ PQE Construction Solicitor to join Band 1 team within Bristol Top 50

Regarded as the leading Construction unit in the UK and often exceeding the prowess of Magic Circle firms, the 3 office UK-wide team exhibits an acute specialism in supporting the transport, infrastructure, energy and real estate sectors.

Supporting central and local government, utilities, FTSE 250 developers, funders and investors in matters both contentious and non-contentious, the team has left its mark on some of the most high-profile projects in recent history. The team's specialism in strategic projects and complex dispute resolution is firmly the go-to within the Construction and Engineering market.

Owing to continued growth, you will quickly become a trendsetter in either transactional or contentious work. You can prefer one or enjoy a diverse mix of the two. Your knowledge and skills across various projects and sectors will be expanded and challenged daily, and will join the team with a sound understanding of one or more key sectors.

Given the ongoing strength of the team, progression opportunities are ample. You will be joining the team with the mindset of progressing, given mentoring by some of the leading heavyweights in the sector and encouragement to hone your expertise.

The Requirements

• 2+ PQE within Construction, either transactional or contentious

• Ideally having experience in one or more key sectors

• Working in unison with the team whilst presenting a forward-thinking approach to problem-solving.

• Willingness to develop and progress up the career ladder.

• Engagement with present and future clients with the ability to manage, exceed and anticipate evolving needs and expectations.
