A full service, legal 500 firm require a commercial and IP Senior Solicitor to join their Camberley office on a full time, permanent basis.

The successful candidate can expect to be working for household brand names and owner managed businesses alike on a wide range of general commercial matters across a variety of industry sectors, and will also be responsible for developing and growing the firms current IP offering.

The Commercial & IP Senior Solicitor will have a sound, well-rounded knowledge of commercial and IP law, and be used to working as part of a team as well as taking a lead and managing projects autonomously.

This is very much a client facing role so you will need to be experienced at building rapport with clients and communicating and providing clear and practical advice which meets their needs

Experience Required:
- Strong academics
- Solid Commercial and IP law experience gained at a Legal 500 / Chambers ranked firm or as part of an equivalent in house legal team.
- Circa 7-12 years relevant PQE
- Experience of supervising and mentoring junior team members.
