The Role

This firm is seeking a senior Litigation Solicitor with 5+ years of PQE to join its office in Canterbury, Kent.

The Partners and Senior Management team will provide you with ongoing training and advice on how to approach networking and business development allowing you to build your own client base and experience, should you already have contacts or clients to bring, you will be given full support to ensure an easy transition for them.

In this role you will be dealing with the highest quality of work. The team are highly recognised in the region for their approachable and client focused yet efficient manner. The firm hosts a highly specialist department that incorporates a broad range of services, ranging from civil litigation, property litigation, shareholder disputes and more.

In this role you will be dealing with a mixed caseload ranging in size, complexity and net worth. You will be working alongside impressively knowledgeable solicitors who are both commercially minded and approachable- an ethos the firm are very proud of.

Requirements

• You will be a Litigation Solicitor with 5 years PQE +, however there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE and I would encourage applicants of higher levels of experience to apply; salary is commensurate with experience
• Experience of leading and mentoring more junior members of a team is advantageous
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, and contacts (following not essential)
• This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.
