This well established and quality focused law firm based in Northampton are looking for an experienced Commercial Paralegal to provide support directly to the commercial team.
The Firm
You will find a firm with the vision to uphold and provide the very best legal services to their clients aviation industry. Years of experience have given this firm a deep-rooted knowledge and client base in this industry and they are looking for a Paralegal to work closely with an Associate in the commercial/contracts department. They have an open-plan office and a great culture with a focus on always working as a team.
The Role
Due to growth, this firm are looking for an individual to join on a permanent basis and work alongside an Associate in the Commercial department.
Within this role, you will assist the Solicitors with the drafting and reviewing of various commercial contracts - both basic contracts and those relating to the leasing and financing of aircraft internationally and more.
Requirements
- You must have previous experience as a Paralegal within transactional Commercial Law
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills and IT abilities
- Team player
