A rare opportunity has arisen at a leading US firm who are seeking a Corporate PSL to join their impressive London office. This is a broad and sole PSL in which the successful candidate will be the go-to person on all general corporate and M&A legal issues in relation to corporate governance, equity investments, private M&A transactions, and corporate reorganisations. The role will also cover Strategy, Training and Business Development. As such, applicants should be at least 5PQE at a leading international firm. Those with PSL experience would be of great interest but is by no means essential. The firm offers an attractive six-figure salary and work/life balance.
