The Role

2+ PQE Real Estate Lawyer to join Chambers & L500 ranked firm in Bristol

The team works closely with those in the private wealth, energy, charities, education, healthcare, agriculture and retail sectors, to name a few. You'll therefore be exposed to a vast array of matters, supporting an enviable client list on all their Real Estate needs.

Working with Partners whos nous falls within Agricultural matters, you will have a high degree of exposure in said area, including sales and purchases, Landlord and Tenant relationships, share and contract farming agreements, mortgaging and easements and covenants.

A lot of the work you will be involved in will be from contentious matters, giving you access to other degrees of law and working closely with colleagues from other teams.

The firm is keen to develop you into an expert by mentoring from Partners and participating in the structured progression pathway. Your advancing expertise will be met with continued promotion and reward.

The team work flexibly and in an agile manner, often from home and in a means fitting to their personal lives.

The Requirements

  • 2+ Years PQE within Real Estate
  • Prior Agricultural experience, or a commitment to develop into this a much sought after area of law.
  • Commercial-awareness when met with problems and when engaging with current and future clients
  • Willingness to continually progress as a lawyer.
