Job Details
This top tier firm is looking to appoint two mid-level associates to its rapidly expanding PE/Funds team in Hong Kong. Acting for about 80% of the world’s largest private equity firms, the Group covers primarily the areas of fund formation, special purpose investment vehicles, group restructures, public and private M&A and leveraged buy outs.
The successful candidates will be UK, Australian or New Zealand qualified and have between 3-6 years relevant experience from leading private practice firms. Mandarin language skills beneficial but NOT required. Total salary package will be extremely attractive.
The firm is looking for ultimate team players who are able to build strong relationships and work within a fast-paced and challenging arena. In return is the chance to work alongside chambers ranked associates in a collegiate atmosphere whilst working on cutting edge transactions for a blue- chip client base.
