The Role:

The Employment department is the firm's beating heart, and they service a broad client base of SMEs, OMBs, and national companies, across a range of industry sectors. Work will include settlement agreements, redundancy, unfair dismissal, contractual disputes, employment tribunals, whistleblowing, and corporate support.

You will have a real voice and influence over key decisions made throughout the firm and a seat at the table from day one. Requirements:

* You will be an Employment Partner from a leading regional or national firm looking for a role where you will have influence, autonomy, and flexibility without compromising on quality of work
* You will have a strong background in both contentious & non-contentious Employment Law on behalf of employers
* Ability to build strong relationships with other departments within the firm and the clients that you work with
* You will be a commercially minded individual and will thrive on building client relationships and marketing your practice
